Refund Policy

At Classic Design Academy, we strive to provide high-quality educational experiences and value for all our students. We understand that plans can change, so we have created a clear and fair refund policy to ensure a smooth process for those who need to withdraw from our programs.

1. Refund Eligibility

Refunds are only available for courses or masterclasses that have been purchased directly through our website. Refunds are offered under the following conditions:

Full Refund: A refund will be initiated only if the event is cancelled / postponed by us, due to unforeseen circumstances. Refund on cancellation or adjustment of date will only be applicable if done within 48 hours after reserving the seat. If you are unable to make it for the class, you can transfer your seat to your friends or family.

Partial Refund: If the request is made after 7 days but before the start of the second module or class, a partial refund of 25% of the total course fee will be granted.

No Refund: Once the second module or class has been accessed or the course has started, no refunds will be issued.

2. Refund Process

To request a refund, you must contact our support team via email at classicdesignacademy@gmail.com or through our contact page within the applicable refund period. Please include your order details and reason for the refund request.

If the refund is approved then the amount will be credited to the original payment method within 5-7 days.

3.Non-Refundable Fees

Any administrative fees or setup charges (if applicable) are non-refundable.

Payments made for events, workshops, or special one-time masterclasses may not be refundable, as stated in the specific event’s terms and conditions.

4.Exceptions

In rare cases, such as illness or extreme personal circumstances, refunds may be considered outside of the stated periods. Requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis, and supporting documentation may be required.

5.Course Transfer

If you are unable to continue your course for any reason, we may offer the option to transfer to a different course or session, subject to availability and approval.

6.Course Content

Once access to the course material is granted, we cannot provide refunds for courses that have been partially or fully completed, as the material and resources are digital and cannot be returned.

7. Changes to This Refund Policy

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or for other operational, legal, or regulatory reasons. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. We encourage you to review this Refund Policy periodically
